PREPARING THE BREEDING

Once the contest period, we have to prepare the breeding season. Climax for all fans of these beautiful little animals, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing our chicks hatch. Logically farming has its preparation, as the saying goes - each has his methods -, well here as I expose what I do and I have not done particularly badly at all, I must note that I grew up outdoors and this makes a difference to indoor farming. The first is the selection of future players at the time that our canaries have made their move and have been prosecuted in the contests, and weighing what we need to work will select the players, this typically occurs around October and November more or less. Once selected, proceed to acquire or find copies if necessary to improve our lines, and months to buy copies often match those contests, and often there where we can get hold of copies of good quality. In early January ground worming perform of the canaries, we'll talk about it later, to I come late January to the match, each pair placed in his crate with opaque dividers, I compare male and female and made the necessary pairing, often land on couples advice to other breeders, so I can have other opinions. The match is crucial, a mismatch can take to ruin a breeding season, although there is always the possibility of redress.
In early February or late January start administering the vitamins necessary for the heat, there are different complexes on the market and each breeder usually use the best he has left, Enceladus well canaries is the way to success almost certainly in our breed.
